Motive Studio today released the third entry in their “Inside Dead Space” blog series. Titled “Aboard the Ishimura,” the post discusses updating the iconic setting of the original ship and how important it was to treat the USG Ishimura itself as one of the most essential characters of the game. The dev team also explains how they challenged themselves to incorporate elements from the wider Dead Space universe into the Ishimura in the forms of advertisements, posters, etc. as well as streamlining content to match the player’s progress.
