PlayStation VR2 adds another game to its collection: DRUMS ROCK

Drums Rock announces its arrival in the Playstation VR2 catalog. Garage51 brings us a new trailer for its exclusive VR title, now on PlayStation 5, where thanks to the technical capabilities of Sony’s new game console, the game will be shown in its greatest splendor, as presented in the following trailer, where you can also see the new playable features exclusive to Playstation VR2.

In their new trailer we can see the great news for this version, which will take advantage of the new technology of Sony’s headset.

Thanks to the new haptic feedback of PSVR2 we will be able to feel each drum with a different vibration to enter the virtual world of Drums Rock. In addition, with the vibration integrated in the headset, we will feel the rumble of the drums in our head as if we were in a concert hall.

But the biggest surprise is brought to us by eye tracking. We know that you like to show off playing the drums without looking, so now, since Playstation VR2 is capable of detecting where we are looking at, and if we have our eyes closed, the game will reward us for daring to play only by ear.

In addition to all this, its list of songs is updated, all of them as a free update for all versions of the game. The greatest hits “Bring me to Life” and “Beast in Black” have been presented, joining a roster that already has over 30 songs, including: Black Betty, I Love Rock’n Roll, among other great songs and artists like Blind Guardian, and Airbourne, which will make us feel like a real rocker.

I've been an avid gamer since I stumbled upon ZORK running in my local Radio Shack in 1980. Ten years later I was working for Sierra Online. Since then I've owned nearly every game system and most of the games to go with them. Not sure if 40+ years of gaming qualifies me to write reviews, but I do it anyway.
