Unveiled at Gamescom’s Opening Night Live show this evening, Jumanji: The Curse Returns is a digital board game which faithfully recreates the experience of playing the iconic cursed board from 1995’s Jumanji!
Jumanji: The Curse Returns brings up to 4 players together to take on the game and face the creatures and plants that it is sending into our world. You’ll be working as a team to reach the center of the board in order to save the town of Brantford from invasive jungle wildlife.
Players will encounter and attempt to save iconic locations from the movie, from Alan’s father’s shoe factory to the Sir Sav-A-Lot supermarket. And of course, they’ll need to avoid the aim of legendary hunter Van Pelt.
