Divide Coming to PS4 on January 31, 2017

Today, Exploding Tuba studios announced that the upcoming sci-fi action/adventure game, Divide, will be releasing for PlayStation 4 on January 31, 2017. The studio also released a brand-new trailer, giving a deeper glimpse into the odyssey that awaits.

Divide is a character-driven, sci-fi action/adventure game with a modern take on isometric adventures of the past. Players can search for clues that reveal new insight into the story, interact with fully realized characters, and combat enemies by hacking out of sight, or launching a direct assault.

This is the first game from Exploding Tuba, the studio co-founded by composer Chris Tilton who also serves as the game’s director. Over the past decade, Chris has worked on television, film and video game scores including the acclaimed soundtrack for Assassin’s Creed: Unity and several collaborations with J.J. Abrams including the Fringe and Undercovers television series.

More insight into the game’s development can be found on the PlayStation Blog.

I've been an avid gamer since I stumbled upon ZORK running in my local Radio Shack in 1980. Ten years later I was working for Sierra Online. Since then I've owned nearly every game system and most of the games to go with them. Not sure if 40+ years of gaming qualifies me to write reviews, but I do it anyway.
