F1 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition Available Now Digitally

The virtual season starts now as F1® 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition is now available digitally for PlayStation 4, the Xbox One and Xbox One X, PC (Steam), and Google Stadia digital storefronts (MSRP $69.99). Celebrating the career of the legendary Michael Schumacher, the F1 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition comes with exclusive themed car liveries and driver customization items, including a unique podium celebration.

Players are now able to drive four of his most iconic vehicles from the ‘90s and 2000s.

  • 1991: Jordan 191
  • 1994: Benetton B194
  • 1995: Benetton B195
  • 2000: Ferrari F1-2000

All players receive Michael’s Ferrari F2004 as part of the F1 2020 classic car line-up. The car is updated to include #1 on the nosecone and his name embossed on the headrest. Alongside the Schumacher content, Deluxe players also receive an exclusive set of in-game items celebrating the Seventieth Anniversary of Formula 1®.

“Today is a celebration of all the hard work from the studio, and it’s exciting to get F1 2020 in the hands of our players,” said F1 Franchise Game Director at Codemasters, Lee Mather. “Celebrating Michael’s record-setting seven World Championships in a season where Lewis Hamilton is aiming to match his record is fitting. Adding his iconic cars is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and they will prove incredibly popular.”

The F1 2020 Deluxe Michael Schumacher Edition is available now for digital download which allows players to begin racing today (MSRP $69.99). Players who purchase the F1 2020 Deluxe Michael Schumacher Edition will receive exclusive content and three days early access. The physical retail versions of F1 2020 (MSRP $59.99) and the F1 2020 Deluxe Michael Schumacher Edition will launch at retail on July 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox One X.
