The Wii version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock may be on equal ground when it comes to content, game modes, and even online play, but the Wii version enjoys the most special treatment when it comes to system-specific features, and the symbiotic relationship of Wii remote and guitar is second to none. Vicarious Visions created an excellent Wii port of Neversoft's complete remaking of the franchise, and this verison proves to be the best version of all, mostly because it is the debut of the franchise on a Nintendo console and avoids the pitfalls of comparisons and preconceptions.
