NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vols 1 and 2 Launches Today

Leading video game publisher and developer, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. is launching NAMCO MUSEUM® ARCHIVES Vols 1 and 2 today on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and PC via STEAM® through digital storefronts.

Gathering NAMCO’s hits and long-lost treasure, each volume of NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES features 10 historic 8-bit home console versions of arcade hits such as PAC-MAN and Galaga, as well as some classics that never made it to Western consoles including Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti and Dragon Buster II.

In addition to those classics, each volume includes an exciting “new” title developed specifically for NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vol 1 includes an 8-bit reimagining of PAC-MAN Championship Edition, while NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vol 2 adds an 8-bit home console version of Gaplus, the sequel to Galaga. These new titles as well as the mix of classic retro games are perfect for anyone looking to recapture days gone by or looking for new challenges.
