Adventure VR Game Twilight Path To Launch October 2

Get ready to experience a virtual reality (VR) game unlike any other with the October 2 launch of VR puzzle adventure game Twilight Path from award-winning video game developer Charm Games. Releasing onto Steam VR and the Oculus Store for $14.99 USD, Twilight Path takes players into a mystical world filled with wandering spirits, enchanted sentries and mischievous gods.

In Twilight Path, players awaken to discover that they have become trapped in a mystical spirit world between the real world and the afterlife. To escape, they will have to use their wits to solve VR puzzles, reshape and restore massive stone structures, open sealed passageways, and rescue a host of magical creatures from danger.

“At Charm Games we like to create story-rich experiences that immerse people into the vibrant worlds we create,” said Alan Jernigan, Co-founder of Charm Games. “Twilight Path has a world that we know people will get lost in, thanks to gorgeous graphics and strong characters. We think people will feel transported into a supernatural universe far away from their physical room.”

Picked up as a passenger by Barque, a living anthropomorphic ferry, his fiery companion Singe, and whimsical faerie navigator Nix, players will learn that their only path home leads through the ancient and abandoned Great Wheel. Along the way, the unlikely companions will encounter a land of beauty, mystery and life. Only by restoring the world to balance can players return to the life they left behind.

Twilight Path is open to players of all ages and VR experience levels, thanks to the intuitive and accessible gameplay experience characteristic of a Charm Games production.

I've been an avid gamer since I stumbled upon ZORK running in my local Radio Shack in 1980. Ten years later I was working for Sierra Online. Since then I've owned nearly every game system and most of the games to go with them. Not sure if 40+ years of gaming qualifies me to write reviews, but I do it anyway.
